In-Home Initial Assessment
60 minutes - $150
An opportunity for the physiotherapist to learn more about your child and complete a comprehensive assessment to inform and initiate the treatment plan.
In-Home Follow-Up Appointment
60 minutes - $135
Each follow-up treatment may include hands-on therapy, education, and/or an exercise program.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge.

$50
We request payment at the time of each session by either cash, cheque or e-mail transfer. Our services are not covered under OHIP, however we provide invoices as proof of payment for extended health benefits through insurance.
